Ingredients of Chicken Biryani
- It's 1 kg of Chicken.
- You need of Onion 2 chopped.
- You need of Tomatoes 2 chopped.
- It's 2 tbsp of Yoghurt.
- It's 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- It's 3 of Green chilli.
- You need 1.5 tsp of Salt.
- It's 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
- It's of Cooking oil half cup.
- You need of Rice 3 glass boiled.
- It's of Food colour.
- It's 1 tsp of Kewra water.
- You need of Garam masala.
Chicken Biryani instructions
- Fry onion in oil then put ginger garlic paste and all masala then fry chicken put yoghurt mix it well then cover it on low heat for 20 mins..
- Boil the rice, strain it then spread one layer of rice then chicken on it. Again spread rice then rest of masala on it..
- After that mixed food color in kewra water and pour onto the rice, garnish with green coriander, I love its fresh aroma..
- Cover it with lid then leave it on dum for 5 mins. After five minutes mixed the rice and chicken, so that rice would not break..
- Serve it with raita or hari chuttni..
