You can cook Raw mango sharbat 🥭 using 7 ingredients and 14 steps. Here is how you achieve that.

Ingredients of Raw mango sharbat 🥭

  1. You need 1 kg of Raw mangoes (kairi).
  2. It's of Sugar 1kg depends on kairi sourness so add accordingly more or less.
  3. You need of Water 5_6 glasses.
  4. It's 2 tbsp of Lemon juice or white vinegar.
  5. It's of Yellow food colour pinch (optional).
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of Black salt.
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of Roasted white zeera.

Raw mango sharbat 🥭 step by step

  1. Wash kairi and peel them.
  2. Put them in boiling water, and boil till completely soft..
  3. Take them out and cool.
  4. Dont discard this water.
  5. Mash the kairis and discard seeds(guthli).
  6. Blend this puree with some water from pot add sugar and black salt (if you do t like black salt add plain salt).
  7. Again cook same water in pot add this puree and cook for few minutes till boil comes and sugar cooked..
  8. Add lemon juice or vinegar.
  9. Cool and strain.
  10. Fill in a clean bottle.
  11. It can be kept for month or more in fridge.
  12. When you want to use fill a glass with water and pour some juice and add roasted zeera (optional).
  13. Black salt and roasted zeera gives a good flavour and helps in digestion.
  14. Enjoy hot summers with this thirst quenching drink.
